Rosscapili at Ayala Museum
Built around deep personal motives of freedom and the impetus of nature that moves the artist to create, Rosscapili exhibits his biggest work with a distinct approach.
Nature’s Impulse, his latest show at the Ayala Museum's ArtistSpace, references his most intimate encounters with nature which account for his deepest aesthetic moments. On the surfaces of his canvases are nubbly textures of paint, some with silky watery glaze keyed to a sense of gesture and fluidity. His brushwork has a particular unrestrained take on movement, manifesting in broad calligraphic and swirling strokes. In this show, he celebrates these affinities with nature and its powerful presence in humanity.
Opening cocktails will be on June 26 at 6PM. Exhibit will run until July 8, 2013. For more details, please call 8368799, 4700360 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
