One of the country's premier pianists, Cristine Coyiuto, joins the internationally acclaimed young conductor Darrell Ang, the country's premier tenor Arthur Espiritu and the Manila Symphony Orchestra in the MCO Foundation's production of Mostly Mozart 2014 on July 11, 2014, Friday at 8 pm at the Philippine Stock Exchange Auditorium in Tektite Tower, Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Hailed as "one of the most eloquent master-musicians of our time", "Epitome of Elegance", "Poetess of the Piano", these are just some of accolades given to Ms. Cristine Coyiuto. Internationally known for her "refined style, expressive sensibility to convey the message of the music, an impeccable musicality and gorgeous singing tone", Ms. Coyiuto has been invited to perform in some of the major music halls in the world and has appeared as a soloist with major orchestras including the Vancouver Symphony, Vancouver Chamber Orchestra, the New Westminster Symphony, the Orchestre du Capitole de Toulouse, the Singapore Symphony Orchestra, to name a few.

A graduate of Sta. Isabel College of Manila under the tutelage of Rosario Picazo, she continued her studies at the famed Juilliard School of Music in New York as a pupil of Jacob Lateiner. Coyiuto pursued further studies in Europe with world-renowned pianists such as Gaby Casadesus, Nikita Magaloff, Fou Ts'ong and Philippe Entremont. She was also a lauréate of both the Académie Internationale de Musique “Maurice Ravel” in France and the Genève Conservatoire in Switzerland.

For this concert, she will be performing Mozart's sublime Piano Concerto no. 23 in A major KV. 488. The concert is made possible through partnership with Lyric Piano, St. Gilles Hotel Makati, BusinessWorld, Her Words, High Life, RainTree Group of Restaurants and DZFE.FM 98.7.
